AZP fixes (#52)

* Tidy up files
* Add Sanity ignore files
* Use master as branch name instead of main
* Use targets in integration jobs
* Remove tests/sanity/requirements.txt (not used by ansible-test)
* sanity: prevent import exception for inventory script
