1e20d1f490 feat: Add kopia_notification module 
- Manage Kopia notification profiles (email, Pushover, webhook) and
  message templates via the Kopia CLI.
- Extends community.general._kopia doc fragment for shared password
  and config options.
- Uses fixed args for read-only _get() list_profiles method.
